Abstract: Seats booking form

Once again, we anticipate a fantastic, full Rosh Hashanna and Yom Kippur together with Rabbi Roselaar.  

We are therefore asking that all our Members and non-Members book seats in advance by completing this booking form and either

  • emailing it to seats@aleitzion.co.uk,
  • sending it to Alei Tzion, c/o LSJS, 44a Albert Road, London NW4 2SJ or
  • dropping it in to the shul

alternatively, Members can call Jess Green, our Administrator and leave a clear message with the names and days you require seats for.

Please reply as soon as possible and in any event by Friday 3 September 2010 so we can be sure that we allocate seats to you.
